Always a delicious monster feast. We`ve worked out that the thickness of the steak
is inversely proportional to the cooking time - ie if you want a rare steak it will be an
inch and a half thick monster slab.
Pictured here is Lauries medium rare with pepper sauce. This was at least an inch and a half thick , probably closer to 2. Notice the funny hashed potato chips on top. The steaks come with big bowls
of salad - complete with orange cherry tomatoes i`m fascinated by. Sorry about the lack of scale - I`ll capture the beastness better next time.
