Cooked up this bad boy ( or girl ) the other night. Made great breakfast the next day too!
While Im at it, may as well post a picture of this lovely vegetarian stir-fry I cooked, with marinated tofu my lady whipped up. Gotta off-set the burgers somehow friends. Wow - how un-manly is this post - quiche and tofu.
